This feature sheds light on our recent collaboration with a prominent real estate client in Changi Business Park, illustrating the transformative effect on their workspace using our advanced design solutions. In this project, we seamlessly integrated our Double Glazed System – COMO Glass Panel, along with COMO Framed Door with Spacers. Notably, the partition frames underwent a custom powder coating process, adding a personalized touch to the entire setup.

Meeting Room with High Level of Acoustic Privacy

In the real estate sector, where confidentiality is paramount, acoustic privacy takes precedence. All meeting rooms in this workspace feature the COMO Glass Partition System, known for its exceptional acoustic value of up to STC = 49 (Laminated Glass). This makes it the preferred choice in environments demanding elevated acoustic privacy. The COMO Framed Door complements the glass partition system, working in tandem to provide a cohesive and sound-insulated meeting room environment.

Beyond sound performance, these double-glazed partitions facilitate the unobstructed flow of natural light, enhancing employee’s productivity levels.

Custom Partition Frame Finishing

In addition to the installation, the client specified an aluminum frame powder coating in the Surfmist color to align with the office theme. Surfmist, a subtle silver hue, not only complements the chosen theme but also enhances the overall luminosity as sunlight filters through the glass partitions.

With an interior palette characterized by minimal colors, materials, and finishes, the office exudes a sense of luxury and modernity. The custom finishing extends to the office doors with glass panels, contributing to the overall aesthetic appeal.

To enhance agile working within the office, we introduced Tech Panels, meticulously designed to harmonize with our office partition systems. These panels offer a versatile and elegant solution. Whether surface-mounted or seamlessly recessed, switches, room booking systems, or projector controls effortlessly integrate with our glass partitions, providing a unified and contemporary aesthetic.

Moreover, concealed cabling within the cavity ensures a neat and uncluttered appearance, enhancing the overall functionality and aesthetics of the workspace. The innovative tech panels support the seamless installation of various tools, illustrating the perfect synergy between technology and our glass-panelled office doors.
